FAQ

About the yacht

What is One Planet?

One Planet is a Sunreef 70 Eco electric sailing catamaran, built in 2023, available for fully crewed private charter. She is 23 metres (75’6″) long, hosts up to 8 guests in 4 en-suite cabins with a crew of 4, and cruises the western Mediterranean in summer and the Caribbean in winter.

How big is One Planet?

One Planet measures 23 m (75’6″) in length and 10.88 m in beam, with about 300 m² of living space spread over the flybridge, saloon, cockpit, sea-level beach club and front terrace. Being under 24 metres, she can anchor in small, quiet bays that larger yachts cannot reach.

How many guests can One Planet accommodate?

One Planet accommodates 8 guests overnight in 4 en-suite cabins: 1 king cabin and 3 queen cabins, all with large panoramic hull windows.

Is One Planet quiet at anchor?

Yes. One Planet is an electric yacht: at anchor, air-conditioning, lights and the galley run on batteries charged by solar panels, so there is no generator running through the night. Guests regularly mention how silent the nights are compared with other yachts.

Is One Planet stable? What about seasickness?

As a wide catamaran (10.88 m beam), One Planet stays level at anchor and under way, with far less rolling than a monohull or a motor yacht of the same size. The captain also chooses sheltered anchorages for the night according to the wind.
