Alexandre LE GREGAM
Alexandre brings over 20 years of maritime excellence to One Planet, holding a Captain 500 GT license and a 750 KW Engineering certificate.
His career spans from high-performance racing yacht construction to commanding luxury catamarans and large sailing vessels up to 140ft.
Following a first rotation in Winter 23/24 on board One Planet , he possesses an intimate knowledge of the vessel’s eco-friendly systems and performance.
As a former sailing instructor, Alexandre finds great pleasure in sharing his skills. Whether you wish to learn the nuances of navigation or explore the water toys aboard the One Planet catamaran, he is an enthusiastic guide.
He is a fluent English and French speaker with intermediate Spanish, ensuring clear communication and a personalized service for an international clientele. His goal is to blend safety, technical perfection, and a warm, educational atmosphere to exceed the expectations of every guest on board. Having spent numerous seasons in the Mediterranean, the Pacific, and the Caribbean, Alexandre uses his global expertise to curate the most pleasant and seamless charter experience for you and your guests!
CAPTAIN (ROTATIONAL)
Daniel RABASSE
Daniel’s deep connection to the maritime world began with freediving and scuba diving, sparking a lifelong passion for the sea. His early career led him to become a diving instructor and work in aquaculture, both in France and abroad. During this time, he lived and travelled aboard his small sailing yacht, steadily building his knowledge and skills in sailing.
In 2000, he stepped into the world of Yachting and completed his first Mediterranean season, followed by his first Atlantic crossing. That voyage marked a turning point—he chose to pursue life as a professional sailor.
Since then, Daniel has accumulated thousands of miles across various vessels, continuing his training along the way. He earned both his Yachtmaster and Master 3000GT certifications. Though experienced on a wide range of sailing and motor yachts, he has spent most of his time aboard catamarans—including the first Sunreef 74 (S/Y CHE), where he completed multiple seasons in the Mediterranean, Caribbean, and Indian Ocean. Later, he captained the Sunreef 114 (also S/Y CHE) for a five-year round-the-world voyage in rotation.
Daniel’s years at sea have given him in-depth knowledge of global cruising grounds, along with a calm, confident presence at the helm, while ensuring the safety and comfort of all guests aboard.
FIRST MATE
Tao CHAPUS
Originally from the south of France, Tao developed a deep connection to the sea from an early age, spending his summers sailing on cruising yachts, catamarans, and windsurfing.
He entered the yachting industry in 2022 and has since gained valuable experience on both private and charter yachts ranging from 20 to 50 metres. He holds a Captain 200 Sail Licence, a 250 kW Engineer Certificate and a Medical care level 3 certificate, demonstrating his versatility and strong commitment to safety and professional development.
Energetic, positive, and naturally team-oriented, Tao brings enthusiasm and professionalism to every charter. He is highly attentive to guests’ needs and takes pride in creating a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere on board, always going the extra mile to ensure memorable experiences for both guests and crew.
Outside of charter, Tao is passionate about staying active and continuously improving himself. He enjoys boxing, gymnastics, DJing, playing the piano, and learning new skills, reflecting his disciplined mindset and dynamic approach to life on board.
HEAD CHEF
Tim VINCENT
Tim discovered his true calling during a pivotal mentorship under 3-star Chef Michel Bras, sparking an elite career that includes working in multi-starred kitchens like La Bouitte (3-star), Le Bois sans feuille (3-star), Le Suquet (2-star) and the French Presidential palace. He spent three transformative years in Japan working under Chef Lionel Beccat at the 2-Michelin-starred Esquisse in Tokyo, deeply refining his technical precision and expanding his international flavor profile.
Since 2022, Tim has decided to translate his Michelin background to luxury charter superyachts across the Mediterranean and the Bahamas. Onboard, Tim designs and executes highly customized, product-driven menus for discerning international guests and brings a world-class talent for French pastry and Haute Cuisine.
Tim has a passion for cycling and running and speaks French, English and Japanese.

Szonja HORVATH
Szonja Horvath’s journey began in Hungary and then embraced the opportunity to study in Asia at a young age. This experience ignited her open-mindedness and deep interest in diverse cultures. Fluent in Hungarian, English, Chinese, and currently learning French, Szonja’s linguistic abilities reflect her global perspective. With a background in hospitality and childcare across the globe, she discovered a passion for sailing five years ago.
Her 13-year career as a professional synchronized swimmer instilled in her discipline, punctuality, and a strive for perfection. An outdoor enthusiast, Szonja is also a qualified diver, proficient surfer, and a yoga instructor, blending her love for the sea with her dedication to wellness and sports.
She is the Master of Ceremony, coordinating interior service, creating a true 5-star hotel experience for everyone and making sure every guest is living their dream vacation on board One Planet!
