Alexandre LE GREGAM<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alexandre brings over 20 years of maritime excellence to One Planet<\/em>, holding a Captain 500 GT license and a 750 KW Engineering certificate.
His career spans from high-performance racing yacht construction to commanding luxury catamarans and large sailing vessels up to 140ft. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following a first rotation in Winter 23\/24 on board One Planet<\/em> , he possesses an intimate knowledge of the vessel\u2019s eco-friendly systems and performance. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a former sailing instructor, Alexandre finds great pleasure in sharing his skills. Whether you wish to learn the nuances of navigation or explore the water toys aboard the One Planet<\/em> catamaran, he is an enthusiastic guide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He is a fluent English and French speaker with intermediate Spanish, ensuring clear communication and a personalized service for an international clientele. His goal is to blend safety, technical perfection, and a warm, educational atmosphere to exceed the expectations of every guest on board. Having spent numerous seasons in the Mediterranean, the Pacific, and the Caribbean, Alexandre uses his global expertise to curate the most pleasant and seamless charter experience for you and your guests!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CAPTAIN (ROTATIONAL)
Daniel RABASSE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Daniel\u2019s deep connection to the maritime world began with freediving and scuba diving, sparking a lifelong passion for the sea. His early career led him to become a diving instructor and work in aquaculture, both in France and abroad. During this time, he lived and travelled aboard his small sailing yacht, steadily building his knowledge and skills in sailing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2000, he stepped into the world of Yachting and completed his first Mediterranean season, followed by his first Atlantic crossing. That voyage marked a turning point\u2014he chose to pursue life as a professional sailor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since then, Daniel has accumulated thousands of miles across various vessels, continuing his training along the way. He earned both his Yachtmaster and Master 3000GT certifications. Though experienced on a wide range of sailing and motor yachts, he has spent most of his time aboard catamarans\u2014including the first Sunreef 74 (S\/Y CHE), where he completed multiple seasons in the Mediterranean, Caribbean, and Indian Ocean. Later, he captained the Sunreef 114 (also S\/Y CHE) for a five-year round-the-world voyage in rotation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Daniel\u2019s years at sea have given him in-depth knowledge of global cruising grounds, along with a calm, confident presence at the helm, while ensuring the safety and comfort of all guests aboard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

FIRST MATE
Pierre FRIANT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pierre holds a Captain 200 UMS license and is a certified 750 KW Marine Engineer, bringing a highly valued dual expertise to our crew. Pierre began his career as a Master ship carpenter, spending ten years managing intricate luxury new builds and managing complex interior refits in prestigious European shipyards. His portfolio includes work on iconic yachts , including the massive 110m ONA (ex-Dilbar) , giving him an uncompromising eye for aesthetic detail and immaculate yacht maintenance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since 2015, Pierre transitioned to charter, crossed the Atlantic twice and has served on a roster of notable sailing and motor yachts, including Vita Dolce<\/em>, Victoria D<\/em>, Virtuelle<\/em> and the Sunreef 80 Eco Otoctone<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ashore and at sea, Pierre is known for his signature \u201cabsolute calm and dedication\u201d, creating an atmosphere of safety and serenity. Bilingual in French and English, he is entirely focused on providing a flawless, 5-star experience for our guests. Pierre is a certified PADI Rescue Diver and passionate windfoiler who loves guiding guests through secret snorkeling reefs and managing our full array of high-tech water toys.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

HEAD CHEF
Cesar CORTIAL<\/strong>
(until June 2026)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cesar\u2019s passion for cooking began in his grandmother\u2019s kitchen, leading him to train under Michelin-starred chefs Georges Blanc and Edouard Loubet. He refined his skills at L’Enclume<\/em> with Simon Rogan, mastering precision and ingredient-driven cuisine, and at The Peninsula<\/em> in Hong Kong, deepening his understanding of Asian flavors. Most recently, he helped launch Plaisance<\/em> by Mauro Colagreco, focusing on sustainable seafood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With 10 years of experience at 1, 2 and 3-Star Michelin restaurants around the world, as well as luxury yachting experience, Cesar crafts a memorable dining experience for each guest on board One Planet<\/em>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rooted in French and European traditions, his Instagrammable cuisine highlights the finest local ingredients and inspire guests to explore new flavors. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

HEAD CHEF
Tim VINCENT<\/strong>
(from July 2026)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tim discovered his true calling during a pivotal mentorship under 3-star Chef Michel Bras, sparking an elite career that includes working in multi-starred kitchens like La Bouitte<\/em> (3-star), Le Bois sans feuille<\/em> (3-star), Le Suquet <\/em>(2-star) and the French Presidential palace. He spent three transformative years in Japan working under Chef Lionel Beccat at the 2-Michelin-starred Esquisse<\/em> in Tokyo, deeply refining his technical precision and expanding his international flavor profile. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since 2022, Tim has decided to translate his Michelin background to luxury charter superyachts across the Mediterranean and the Bahamas. Onboard, Tim designs and executes highly customized, product-driven menus for discerning international guests and brings a world-class talent for French pastry and Haute Cuisine. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tim has a passion for cycling and running and speaks French, English and Japanese. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

STEWARDESS
Szonja HORVATH<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Szonja Horvath’s journey began in Hungary and then embraced the opportunity to study in Asia at a young age. This experience ignited her open-mindedness and deep interest in diverse cultures. Fluent in Hungarian, English, Chinese, and currently learning French, Szonja’s linguistic abilities reflect her global perspective. With a background in hospitality and childcare across the globe, she discovered a passion for sailing five years ago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Her 13-year career as a professional synchronized swimmer instilled in her discipline, punctuality, and a strive for perfection. An outdoor enthusiast, Szonja is also a qualified diver, proficient surfer, and a yoga instructor, blending her love for the sea with her dedication to wellness and sports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She is the Master of Ceremony, coordinating interior service, creating a true 5-star hotel experience for everyone and making sure every guest is living their dream vacation on board One Planet!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
